Graphics card help

So i have a hp dx2450 and im planning on making a budget gaming build to handle most games on at least medium maybe low. Im wondering would the EVGA NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti SC work? I already have an EVGA bronze power supply installed. Thanks

I'd be more concerned about the ram and CPU. A search on that computer says it has 1Gb of ram and an AMD Athlon 64 X2. What are you planning to play on it?

Yeah ive done my research and found that it would be easier and better to just buy a better PC. Thanks for your help though
