I really don't recommend the GTX 1050 Ti, but it's worth noting that the GTX 1060 you posted is the 3GB variant, which isn't sufficient for some modern and upcoming games. 2GB VRAM is still good enough for many games though to be fair. On a side note, MANY people don't know that the 3GB variant of the 1060 is actually lower in performance than the 6GB, although still labeled a 1060. I would prefer it be called the "GTX 1055". I see someone here mentioned that it is like a 980. That is only true for the 6GB variant, and of course you get 2GB of extra VRAM to play with that a 980 doesn't have.
Another sad thing to note is that prices are currently inflated for nearly every card on the market, so you may be limited to a 1050 Ti. I personally would get a 970 used off of eBay since lately I've seen many in bids sell for around $200. If you want the extra protection, I'd get one that isn't for auction and slap a Square Trade protection on it. Their policies aren't as bad as many make them out to be as long as you leave the card be. PUBG is still a "beta", so FPS aren't perfect. The 970 handles it well at 1080p Ultra, but definitely not a solid 60FPS. On High, your above 60FPS for the most part, but there are dips here and there below it even when there aren't any changes on screen.
