Graphics Card Hp P7-1234

I am looking for a graphics card for my HP Pavilion P7-1234. Could someone help me find a power supply and graphics card for under 250$ or a graphics card that works with my measly 300w power supply. Thank you in advance and these are the sockets.

Be sure to get one that doesnt need external power. If your case needs a low profile GPU these can be found in that form factor also.
