Graphics card (I believe) Is showing every color change in shaders

As you can see, you can see the colors change but for other people it is smooth and you cant see it change that easily. How would i fix it so that it is smooth instead of being wierd?

NVM i fixed it! I went to "change resolution" in nvidia control panel and then "Desktop color depth" and changed it from medium to high.
