Graphics card inst running

Ive recently got a GTX 960 all drivers are installed and the graphics card is lit up in my pc. The sad thing is though its not even running. Even in task manager is sais i have a GTX 960. Please somone help me out.

What do you mean by not "running"? Is your monitor's video cable plugged into it, or still plugged into the on-port video port?
Is the GTX 960 bought used?
