Question Graphics card is making buzzing noise

I bought my RTX 2060 a week ago.And when i am browsing on the web or when it is on idle it it fine.but when i open games and i start playing them the graphics card makes grinding or vibrating sound ,it is like the blades are hitting the plate or something.AND when i just touch it with my finger it stops, if i hold it it is fine,it makes that noise every time i go into fight in a game or i make the settings ULTRA.every 50 secounds

HOW CAN I stop this.
I think it is because the pc case .I bought the cheapest one i can find and it sucks, i couldnt fit all the pc fans so it only has 2.

Things you can do to stop / decrease this that have personally worked for me :

Enabling V-Sync in games
Forcing V-Sync through Nvidia Control Panel (various options exist, try a few and see what works best)
Using a software FPS limiter (X1, Nvidia Inspector)

You'll need to find the sweet spot for FPS if you use a limiter. 50 to 60 works nicely on most, presuming you have a 60hz Monitor/TV. I have a RTX2070 and ive had to do the same.
