graphics card is not working properly.

I just finished building my pc yesterday and when I turned it on and tested it it was fine but when I moved it up to my desk today my graphics card is now running heaven benchmark on low quality at max 1 fps and I don't know what to do. was there something I did wrong by chance?

yes i just checked its on the latest update

how do I flash bios and my GPU is powered from the motherboard there is nowhere to plug it in on the GPU.

my motherboard is a asus PRIME B450M-A AND MY CPU IS A RYZEN 3 2200g

I thought you were using discrete graphic card dude it turned out integrated. Without checking directly I'm not sure what to do.

I'm sorry I didn't realize I plugged my HDMI into my motherboard, not my GPU but you helped by making me take out my GPU.
