Graphics card isn't being detected

So, I've got a Dell Inspirion 660 (this isn't my exact one as mine has an i5-2320 - but it's around about the same; https://www.cnet.com/products/dell-inspiron-660-core-i3-3220-3-3-ghz-monitor-none-series/specs/ )

And I updated the Graphics Card to a RX 460 - so in theory, it should of worked fine. But it isn't being detected, updated the drivers, disabled the Intel graphics that were in there before. And still nothing.

Got any suggestions as to what I can do?

Is this the one that doesn't require a power connector ? I'm guessing you don't have a extra PSU or another Computer . If i were to guess i would say its the PSU.

The link doesn't say anything about the size of the PSU, but my guess would be it's not the cause of the problem. I'm thinking you may want to update the chipset driver. Dell should have updated drivers for it. If not, you can download them from Intel....if you have the same chipset as the one you linked to (which is a B75) then these are the drivers you want https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/70405/Intel-Desktop-Boards-with-Intel-B75-Express-Chipset

If you're unsure of the chipset, use CPU-Z and under the "Mainboard" tab, see what it says for "Southbridge".

The size of the PSU is 300W, I'm looking on the site and there isn't anything specific about a "chipset driver".
