Graphics card isnt working correctly.(Driver installation didnt work)

So for a long while the graphics card was working great no problems.Then one day i turned on my PC and it was on 800x600 resolution i thought ther ewas something wtih drivers i downloaded them again and tried to install they didn't work nothing changed.Later i took out the graphics card and put it back in that didn't work either.Then i tried to look through dxdiag if there it shows and this is how it looked through there

This is how electronics components are ! They can break any minute. By the symptoms it looks like the GPU is broken, other than any components. Basically broken GPU's would not display or wouldn't let you install drivers or will BSOD.

BTW you can try the GPU on a different system, to make sure its broken or not ! But it looks like so.

Sometimes it also happens with bad PCI-E or AGP slot on MB, but may not be your case.
