Graphics card issue? Geforce GTX 770

Just this recent week my computer started acting funny.
I was playing this not so very graphic demanding game, when all of a sudden it crashed with these rainbow coloured outlines on my screen, then it went black, and I got a message saying my video driver had crashed, then been recovered. Sometimes I get "no video input" on my screen, sometimes not.

If my computer has been running a while, every fullscreen application i run crashes in 10-20 sec. When its been off, and is cold, I can play games for around 20-40 minutes.

Ive tried to reinstall all drivers, tweak settings in registry, clock the card down using nvidia inspector, vacum it for dust, reseating the card, changing the powerchords, changing the monitor etc.

Could it be something else that is causing this error? Or is there something else I can try other than go shopping for a new card?

My specs are:
Intel i7 4770k 3.4ghz(clocked to 4.7ghz, and is very stable)
Gainward GeForce GTX 770 2GB
Asus z-87 pro
Ballistix 8gb ddr3 ram @1600mhz
Corsair ZX750m 750W psu
Intel 120GB SSD 530 Series

Card is not overclocked i assume? it looks like the card is unstable, try adding a bit voltage to the card and see if it helps. adding voltage sometimes help when old cards start to act weird and become less stable although your card is not that old

Not overclocked, no.
How much do you think i should incrase the voltage? Using MSI afterburner

Try and set 30mV and see if no crashes occurs, if the crashing stops you can try and lower it. 87mV is barely anything, so it wont hurt the GPU so don't worry about it

Just noticed that theres a buzzing sound that lasts about a sec whenever I crash. What might this be?

Coil whine? i assume your game goes full black screen before it crashes? it may be why you hear the buzzing

Yes, coil whine. First it outlines everything i see in-game with like all sorts of colours and textures, then it blacks out, sometimes telling me my driver has crashed then been recovered.

Latest Drivers installed? im experiencing some crashing my self, right after installing the latest Nvidia drivers

I only updated the driver after my pc started crashing. auto update is off and has always bene off
