Graphics card issue or Monitor issue? Can't tell...

Hey Guys,

So the issue that im getting is that i might be reading something or looking at something, and when i get to a certain piece of text for example, the text might be out of place or overlap some other text, but if is scroll down so it is off screen, then scroll back up again, the text is in the right place. Anyone know what this issue is? (by the way im pretty sure this is not just text, but anythign that happens to be there in general). Thanks for any help.

where exactly do you get this.
are you experincing it in opera?

You also need to tell us you computer spec. For instance, I have 2 GTX 460s in SLI and Office does not like SLI - I get all sorts of weird behavior. You also need to make sure all of your applications and drivers are up to date.

@JOHNN93, I just really experience it any time, sometimes on chrome, sometimes on word. I imagine that it does happen playing games although things usually move too fast for me to notice.
@dish_moose my graphics card is a brand new evga gtx760 that I just recently purchased because my previous graphics card broke down. Any Ideas?
