Graphics Card issue

So I took out my graphics card to clean everything very carefully, I put everything back where it should be and now when I power it up the fan on the graphics card starts going and then after 10 seconds it quits and the screen is black

Did you disconnect and reconnect any cables? Firmly? Re-seat and try again.
