[SOLVED] Graphics card issue

Hi everyone Im new here and need some help please.

I have replaced my graphics card from a nvidia gt-620 with a ati r7-350 and the screen is blank when i switch the pc on.

I changed graphics card back and pc switches on no problem

I'm using Windows 10

I've used DDU to remove drivers

I've got some specs from cpuz I hope this will help

Pocessor is i7-4770
Codename - Haswell
Package Soviet 1150 LGA

Motherboard - Acer Veriton m6630g

Bios is acer p21-a4, date:12/10/2013

Please help on how I can get my graphics card to work

Have you tried the system BIOS to the latest version ? I think, and If I'm NOT mistaken, the last BIOS date is from 2015/06/09, and Version: P11.B2.

If the card still doesn't work, then there might be compatibility mode issue. Are you booting in Legacy Mode ? Try to clear/reset all the CMOS/BIOS settings to default values, and then check the GPU once again.

Yes. Update to the latest bios as instructed.

Assuming your board also supports UEFI, then try booting under this Mode as well. What's the make and Model of your Power supply unit ?
