graphics card issues, please help

Ever since i replaced my harddrive my computers been blackscreening after the windows logo. Gpu is a radeon hd 4870 mobo is a p5q turbo pro and the processer is an amd 2.6ghz it starts fine in safe mode but not when its not in safe mode.

Use your Windows CD, you may have forgotten to do that.
