Graphics card issues

My buddy is having some trouble with his new 750ti. The fans spin but there's no display, and when he plugs into the motherboard to use integrated graphics the fan doesn't spin at all. Does anyone know whats going on? He has a 350w power supply so I know its not that. Thanks in advance to anyone who can help my buddy out.

Do you get sound on boot? If not, it sounds like it may need to be reflowed. However, the fans turning off is peculiar. Your is it plugged into an x16 PCIe slot?

the power supply may not be ok at 350w, i know that for some higher end GPU's they take a bit more power. [Just a suggestion]

I also face same no display problem from my Sapphire HD 7790 card ..

I think u have same problem which i face ..

First thing your GPU is not giving display is that may be your motherboard has PCIe x2.0 pot and your card is PCIE x3.0 ok
2nd another problem u stat that u have 350W supply which i think i not enough for your card u need more than 500W supply ....
