Hello, a few months ago my graphics card 1050 Ti died on me. I replaced it with a new one, but it didn't seem to work. i submitted my RMA returned the card, but received an email back saying it was working just fine. I put it back in the system today. I have 3 monitors plugged into it, the 2 plugged in the GPU do not have any video output, but the one in the motherboard does display. The card does show up in device manager, and i am just really confused. I tried wiping all the drivers and reinstalling, didn't seem to work. If anyone knows what the issue is, it would be highly appreciated. :)
Specs:
I5 650
OEM dell motherboard
6GB DDR3 (3 dimms)
Zotac Mini GTX 1050TI
EVGA 600W 80+ Gold

Solution
Are all of the monitors working? That's the first thing you should check. Also.. try disabling the intergrated gpu and then try it in the gpu. remember. All monitors have to be plugged in to the dedicated GPU.
