Graphics Card Issues

Yesterday I decided to upgrade from my AMD RX 7800 GPU to my friend's "old" MSI GTX 1050. I plugged it in and got the usual "American Megatrends" screen, but instead of booting up, it stayed on that screen and the motherboard beeped at me every few seconds. Eventually the screen turned off. The GPU is getting power though, so I'm not sure what the issue is. I'm running the Gateway DX4800 Motherboard, the GPU stated earlier, a Raidmax 730w psu, Intel i5 3450, and 6 gigs of DDR3 ram. I'd appreciate any help, especially since the Anthem beta is this this weekend!

Was the 6-pin connector loose, by chance? Which Raidmax 730W PSU exactly?
