Graphics Card Logo Not Lighting Up Properly

I have a Gigabyte GTX 980 Ti G1 Gaming GPU and for some reason the Windforce logo won't light up fully. When I first boot up my PC it lights up perfectly fine but when I get to the Windows homepage it becomes very dim. Does anyone know how I can fix this?

You can setup your LED in the GeForce Experience program. It's called LED Visualizer or something like that, and it lets you set it as you like with compatible desktop cards.

Wow, I'm really dumb! I never tried changing the LED lighting using GeForce Experience. I was trying to change it in the OC Guru software and the BIOS lol. Thanks guys! It works fine now.
