graphics card loose audio after a while

running amd high definition audio connected from hdmi to tv on a radeon r7 260x Graphics card i loose the audio after a while seems to happen after left idle for a while. i get the message device being used by Another application and no sound from Graphics card hdmi connected to tv.
after restarting computer the sound is back , seems to be driver problem ?

i would check for virus and malware first .

Have you tried changing the power settings to never go to sleep or turn off the hard drive?
