[SOLVED] Graphics Card (?) makes rattling noise

I dont actually know if it is my graphics card that is making the noise, but that is what i am asuming. The noise starts when i play graphic intensive games or run performance intensive apps. Does anyone know what could be causing this? Also, here is a video showing off the noise:

EDIT: I have already stopped all of my fans with my finger, the noise keeps on going. I have done it to the big fan to the left in the video, the CPU fan and both of the GPU fans.

Well the only moving part on a gpu is the fan if it's a rattle and coming from it it must be the fan see if you can feel a vibration on the fan shroud when it's rattling

Sounds like coil whine, so it probably is.

Not really, although some things can stop it.

1)using a different power outlet/surge protector
2) using a different PSU
3) running a gpu benchmark for a long time
