Question Graphics card makes weird noise and then freezes

If I'm on my PC, doesn't matter that I'm gaming or just on the internet etc. My computer just freezes every 5 to 20 minutes. Those freezes take about 5 to 10 seconds.
At first, it didn't matter. But now that I'm playing multiple competitive games, it really does. What I've also observed is that my graphics card makes a weird noise that is probably the same noise as when you startup your computer. Is there a fix for this? If it matters, my graphics card is an MSI RTX 2070 Gaming Z 8G.
Drivers are all updated, tried multiple solutions on the internet but no one really has an issue like me.

Do you use MSI's gaming app? Also can you tell me the HDD usage in task manager?

I don't use the app. My windows runs on my SSD. Does that matter?

I've also noticed that my HDD jumps from 0% all the way to 100% when I freeze and when it stops freezing,
it goes back down to 0%
