Question Graphics card making weird noise

I have a GEFORCE GTX and i can hear a whirring/squealing noise coming from the top of it. It is definitely louder on top, not at the bottom where the fans are (I used my phone's voice memos and the waveforms showed it's much louder on top.) I haven't been able to distinguish any sort of pattern for the sound. It just kinda happens sporadically and then goes away when it feels like it which could be a few minutes later or a few seconds later. The graphics card is pretty much new, I only got it like 3 months ago.

no it does not..

its probably a fan problem.

can you tell exactly which part of the gpu its coming from?
