Graphics card & Monitor help

And just ordered a asus vh248qe 144 Hz monitor. Is my,graphics card sufficient enough to make use of this monitor, or to cancel my order and order a 60 Hz ips or something else.

do not spam. depends on the game, if its a lighter title then yes. something like far cry 4 or battlefield, then NO

Sorry...wasn't my intention to spam, even if I can't run higher end games at a high enough fps, will I still benefit from this monitor, since my current monitor is nearly unplayable because of excessive ghosting, it is a cheap tn panel with a 5 ms response time with a 60Hz refresh rate
