Graphics Card MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti TF(dual fans) for Dell optiplex 360 Mini Tower

Hi, I'm trying to upgrade my optiplex 360 mini tower (http://www.cnet.com/products/dell-optiplex-360-core-2-duo-e7500-2-93-ghz-2-gb-160-gb-4643659/specs/)
and i want to know if the Graphics Card MSI GeForce GTX 750Ti TF(dual fans) fit or will work in the pc? thank for helping ^^ (and i planing to upgrade other stuff too )

I would not try to run a 750 Ti on the stock power supply in that computer, and the CPU and RAM it can run with will severely limit running that card. I'd first replace the computer, then get a higher end video card.

i will change the power supply (that on thing that i will do) and i think i want to upgrade the cpu to c2d q6600(if there a better cpu let me know ) and giving it 4gm of ddr2 ram. the reason i'm upgrading this old pc because i just want to make the pc playable for some normal game like cs:go lol and other an it right only just storing my file . and soon i will be planing to build a pc soon. just want to know what will work with it ^^

The 750 Ti should fit fine in that case. You can always open it and look/measure the space around the PCIe slot and compare that to the card.
