Graphics card MSI GTX 970 GAMING Overclocked 4GB

I'm looking too upgrade my graphics card as the one i have at the moment is faulty im wondering if my pc would be able too use the maximum potential when using the card

Memory: 16384MB RAM
Processor: AMD FX(tm)-8350 Eight-Core Processor (8 CPUs), ~4.0GHz

just change the fan/heatsink on the cpu, amd kit are crap.

haha yeah My graphics card RIP and its AMD so should i not worry about CPU ?
