My current system specs are :
AMD FX 6300
Gigabyte GA-78-LMT-USB3
4GB Transcend DDR3 RAM 1333MHz
Antec VP450P
Dell E1914H (1366*768) VGA

I only play F1 2013, Live for Speed and FIFA 14. I used to play on my Dell laptop but it went kaput and I have built a new PC with the above specifications. I have not added a graphics card yet but now that I have saved some money, I would like to play F1 2013 and soon coming F1 2014 and F1 2015 at my current resolution with medium to high settings. I also need to record my sessions using Bandicam. Here are the options under my budget :
Sapphire AMD 7770 1GB DDR5 (If I stretch my budget a bit)
Sapphire AMD R7 250 1GB DDR5

I am from India and these are the two cards that come in my budget. If I can work along with R7 250 that would be great as I won't have to stretch my budget.
So, I need recommendation regarding F1 2013 and its future franchises.

Solution
Of these two, the 7770 is the faster card and IMO worth the few extra bucks. Except for Fifa 14 i'm not familiar with those games and thus I can't say whether they will work with the R7 250 or not, but I do know Fifa 14 will work on the R7 250. For recording I recommend getting the best card you can as recording uses a lot of system resources.

Fifa 14 barely even need to have a strong graphic card. F1 2013 on ultra settings does demand some graphics mostly from the physics side. I use an R9 270 and I get about 90+ fps. Since you are limited on the budget the 7770 easily beats the R7 250.

See the above 2 sites and decide for yourself which is better for you.
