Graphics card no good?

Hello everyone, so recently my decent gfx card died and I bought a new one, but much less powerful, but I didn't mind as long as it ran games smoothly, but I installed it and the games are lagging much worse than before, even Rocket League runs terribly and I can run that with on board graphics easily.

Do you think there is some kind of a problem? I have added the graphics card I bought below along with the Amazon Llink:

No, no problem. It's just that 710 IS very very very low power card, so that even some integrated graphic cards are faster. It's not a gaming GPU and you should not expect to have any real gaming performance with it.

Thank you for your answer! I thought as much. So instead I am going to return that GPU and buy this one instead, which I know will work!
