So I've been attempting to build a computer for a while now, and I'm running into a most confusing issue. I have a MSI 990 gd-80 v2 motherboard, (no onboard graphics) with a Nvidia geforce gtx 660. The Graphics card is receiving power, I can visually see the fans spin. So the issue I'm having is I can get display, and that's not an issue. However under device manager, it shows as standard VGA adapter, which it is not. I have updated the motherboard drivers, bios, and upon attempting to update the video card drivers, nvidia keeps telling me there is no related hardware. Anyone else have this issue?

Check Motherboard's 4-Pin Power Cable,And GPU's Power Cable And Reset BIOS,Reconnect GPU,ReInstall Drivers...Still Not Working??? Try Diffrent PCIe Slot....Still Not Working ??? Sure Either Of Your GPU Or PCIe Slot Is Dead.
