Graphics Card not detected by BIOS

MSI GTX 980 4G Gaming

Motherboard:
Asus Z170 Deluxe Motherboard

RAM:
16gb Corsair Vengence 2133

Graphics card is not seen by BIOS.
Steps taken thus far:

On/Off
BIOS update
driver update (failed, would not install due to lack of appropriate video card)
Different PCI slot (#2)

What the card does / doesn't do:

Posts
Both fans and LEDs start up
Will NOT push onboard video through card.
Will NOT display anything

Hardware changes:
None

Software changes:
Last thing I did was rearrange my desktop and install a game.

Current plans:

Check and rearrange RAM
Completely uninstall current video drivers. (And reinstall)

I7 6700K OC 4.4Ghz Stable
(Water cooled)

Leaning towards power supply failure. Whole computer starts stuttering at 75% load. Hard drives acting sluggish. Etc.
