Hi guys, recently i have reset windows 10 after cloning issues with my SSD which caused my windows 10 to become corrupt. After the fresh installation, i couldn't open any game as it said DX11 feature level 10.0. I have researched it and i have discovered that windows 10 doesn't detect my graphics card as on the device manager it says 'Microsoft Basic Display Adapter'. Also, i have found that i no longer have the option to go into the Nvidia control panel unlike before as it was there.

When i try to install any driver, it just fails for some unknown reason

Any suggestions on what i should do?
Thanks

Go into the BIOS, make sure the Primary Display Adapter is set to PCI-E, not anything else.

If that doesn't work(upon rebooting), then remove the GPU, connect the monitor to the motherboard video port and boot up. Then turn it off again, re-insert the GPU, and connect the monitor to the GPU again. Try booting now.
