Graphics Card not detected in Windows XP

I recently purchased a radeon hd 7570 to upgrade from the HD 5450 that I had been using in my optiplex 755. It detected the 5450 just fine. After swapping in the 7570, I have video out but I have like a max resolution of 1400p. I figured that the driver just needed to be installed, but the install goes by super quick for AMD Catalyst and it doesnt detect the card in device manager. I have used a driver cleaner to clear it a few times, but no luck at this point. Any ideas?

you could try a driver installer program. Personally, I use Snappy Driver Installer. There's others, but they're junk in most cases.

The program will almost certainly show you driver updates for hardware other than the video card, but you should probably just update the card. (if it ain't broke, don't fix it applies to the other devices)
