Graphics card not detected

So I built my first pc and it's having trouble picking up my graphics card. My specs are
MOBO: b85-pro gamer
CPU: intel i5-4460 @3.2GHz
GPU: NVIDIA GTX 1060 6gb GDDR5
PSU: Cooler master MWE 600W
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8gb DDR3 @1600Mhz
My first build is a mess and my cpu is the only thing I haven't upgraded yet. Though my graphics card is not showing up in the BIOS(I don't think, iffy on BIOS configurations) device management(under hidden devices,) and even GeForce isn't able to install the necessary drivers because the card seems to be completely non-existent. I have my psu connected to the card and it has a white light on, red when unplugged. I installed all other necessary driver's using Driver Easy and don't know what I did wrong or what I could even try from here. A double check on the component's compatibility might bring something to light but everything else is working fine.

Couldn't find those settings but I have images of the main GPU settings I found in my BIOS, all I did from these settings is change the "Primary display" to "PCIe" and oddly enough, as I save and restart, it's reverting itself back to auto. As if it doesn't detect anything at all so it changes back or something.

So I put in my old gtx 750 and it worked without any changes to the settings, the fans on the 1060 work instantly so I doubt its defective. I am running windows 10 pro, don't even know if that is affecting anything, maybe the cpu.
