Question Graphics card not detected

Hello,

First of, I have a Acer Aspire E5-574 series Laptop.

Specs:
GPU: Intel HD Graphics 520/Geforce 920M
CPU:Intel core i5-6200U
Ram:4GB

I have the problem that my Geforce 920M is not showing up in my device manager. It's my primary graphics card so now everything is now laggy. I cant install any drivers or driver updates for the card because its not even showing up in the hidden devices. It's like the graphics card is not there. I already tried rebootin my laptop a few times but nothing changed.

Make sure you're on the latest BIOS update for your laptop. Also, did you source the drivers from Nvidia's support site? You might want to use DDU and uninstall the drivers from the platform prior to reinstalling the drivers in an elevated command, i.e, Right click installer>Run as Administrator.

I have the newest BIOS version installed. DDU and the Nvidia drivers installer both cant detect the Graphics card.
