Question Graphics card not maintaining display signal after new build ?

I like to think of myself as tech savvy but I experienced the most humbling day ever. The past 10 hours I’ve been setting up my pc build.
Specs:
Motherboard - am5 asus b650e-f WiFi
Cpu - 7950x3d
Cooler - Lian li ga ii trinity
PSU - Corsair rm1200x
Ram- g skill ddr5 6000Mhz
GPU - 7900xtx nitro+ vapor
Monitor 4k LG 27gp95r-b using DisplayPort

My first problem was cpu fan header was reported as missing, solved it by ignoring cpu fan warning in bios because I have an AIO and it says around 40-50c.

My main issue is, when I connect my monitor to the 7900xtx, via DisplayPort, it works for a limited amount of time. Enough to boot into windows and the signal is lost. It shows up as a hidden device in device manager. My computer works perfectly fine if I connect it the monitor to the integrated graphics but it doesn’t work with my 7900xtx.

-fans spin and power is clearly active on GPU
-I’ve tried different monitors
-tried reseating ram, one stick of ram, seeing if ram was the issue, no leds on motherboard lit up
-disabling csm, enabling csm
Changing the link mode for pcie_x16 1 from auto to gen 3 and to gen 4
-tried different ram clock speeds
-tried uninstalling all display adapters
-tried older GPU adapters
-tried disabling integrated graphics
-tried hybrid graphics (I was desperate)
-tried reseating the GPU 4 times
- changed around the pcie cables and made sure every single connection on my pc was fully connected, for some reason the usb gen 3.1 header doesn’t fully connect into the socket but it works fine, I’ve tried pushing it as hard as possible without breaking the motherboard.
-flashing bios/updated bios
-tried older drivers for the 7900xtx
- installed all windows updates
-Ran DDU in safe mode without internet
-the GPU pcie cables are not pigtailed or splitters they’re 1 to 1 connectors
Please help I don’t wanna have to drive several hours back to microcenter, I done goofed.

take some pictures of your build, maybe we can see something odd (upload to imgur.com or similar)

install all updates of windows and latest drivers

try a different DP cable and an HDMI

try Ubuntu live to verify it´s not a windows driver problem

Google drive images since I can’t post directly from my phone

I will try ubuntu

I’ve tried resetting the cmos, different cables both hdmi and 2 DisplayPort, I have all drivers now, honestly maybe I just got a bad Part? My pc detects my second m.2 in the slot 2 but windows doesn’t, maybe I have to format it in drive management but i don’t think that’s related. Could it be the 6000mhz ram, even though it runs fine on the igpu, I’ve tried changing the speed to 3200mhz but no luck

END RESULT Update: faulty GPU even tho it was brand new. How I came to that conclusion was that I tried it on another mobo and it did the same exact thing. Replicated the issue on another mobo and even tried the second pciex16, I’m surprised because I’ve heard sapphire is a good manufacturer but I guess faulty electronics know no master. I didn’t wanna go back to nvidia but I guess I’m gonna do it because I want to be on the safer side, since I live hours away from microcenter, the place I buy my electronics. Reason I say be on the safer side is cuz the past 4 amd cards I’ve struggled to get to work properly. Unlucky
