Graphics card not outputting any signal, not sure what the problem is.

So, I finished this build about 9 months ago and everything was working fine. A few weeks back I turned on the system and got only the blinks cursor, like I would if no hard drives were connected or something. I restarted the computer and no image was shown. I opened the computer to find that when I turned the system on, the fan on my GPU would turn on, stay on for about a second, and turn off. It repeats this indefinitely.

I have tested the graphics card, motherboard, ram, and PSU.

My build is as follows:
SAPPHIRE Radeon R7 260X DirectX 11.2 100366-2L 2GB 128-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 CrossFireX Support Video Card

AMD FX-6350 Vishera 6-Core 3.9 GHz Socket AM3+ 125W FD6350FRHKBOX Desktop Processor

GIGABYTE GA-970A-UD3P (rev. 2.0) AM3+/AM3 AMD 970 SATA 6Gb/s USB 3.0 ATX AMD Motherboard

HyperX FURY 8GB 240-Pin DDR3 SDRAM DDR3 1866 Desktop Memory Model HX318C10F/8

Any help would be appreciated. To me, it seems the only thing I have not tested is the processor, but frankly, I do not have a way to easily test it.

Please make sure every single wire in your system is tight and in the right place, this happens to a lot off people just replug every single cable tightly.
