Graphics Card not Recognized and Unable to Update, Help!!

Hello, so I have a GeForce 9800 GTX+ GPU and I am unable to update the drivers since I switched it to my new computer and updated to Windows 10. Everytime I try to manually update the drivers I get the same error, that the graphics driver cannot find a compatible graphics hardware. I have no idea what to do to remedy this and was hoping for laymen's terms assistance as I am certainly not very computer savvy. I can still open my NVIDIA GeForce Experience, however, I cannot update it to save my life. Please help.

Try manually updating the drivers yourself.

Select: Gforce
Gforce 9 Series
Chose your OS and 32 or 64 bit version. (match the 32/64bits to the bits of your OS)
