Hey Guys,
After a recent power cut fried my motherboard I replaced it along with a new CPU and put the computer back together. I had to reinstall indowsas the old motherboard was 5 years old along with the CPU. I have been unable to get my duel monitor setup sorted but i think its a GPU problem, the fans on it and spinning but its not showing up in display adapters, all that shows up in there is 'intel(R) UHD Graphics 630' and 'Microsoft basic display adapter'. The graphics card is a Radeon R9 280x so it isn't great but im waiting until i can purchase a 3080 like a lot of others before i replace it. Am i right in thinking its fried?
