graphics card not working after reinserting it NEED HELP FAST

When I went to take out the graphics card on my old pc to clean the graphics card, and when I reinserted it and turned it on the monitor didn't work/ no signal. Help?

I'm not sure. There is a tag on on it that says: e-GeForce2 MX-400 TWV.064-A4-NV44-S1

I don't know if that helps. Everything powered on normally accept the monitor says "no signal"
