Graphics card not working properly

Hi, my gpu is a radeon r9 290 sapphire 4gb and my system only detects 2.1 gb of memory on it ? I went to systemrequirementslab.com and it put my card at the place with the r9 270's ? what is going on ?

Whats does GPUZ report? systemrequirmetlabs has problems detecting alot of configurations. It has issues properly detecting my 4Gb 770s and will not see SLI either.
