all of a sudden my graphics card has decided to stop working. it used to be on and off but now it's 100% just not working. for instance, i could go and play fallout 4 on ultra one day, then another day i'd log into WoW getting around 20 fps. but the thing is a restart would've fixed it.
i've also noticed the computer is really quiet at all times. whereas before when i put on a game like fallout 4 you could hear the fans going and it was just a little louder in general. its like nothing is happening now.

got to the part where it says "Now select the 'preferred graphics processor' in the drop down list" but the option to do that is simply not there. so what's going on?
