graphics card not working

I bought a new graphics card zotac 750ti gddr5, first i installed it and went smoothly downloaded the latest drivers and so it was working fine so I shutdown the PC to set it up in my table but after turning on the system, the fan is spinning on GPU but it wont display in my monitor so I decided to plug the vga to motherboard's vga port and it displayed but the graphics card is not installed.(the resolution is is 500 below) Tried to reseat the GPU several times still the same. Need help

ANYWAY can anyone help me what to do.

fm+2 motherboard 1 pci e slot
a8 7600 amd proccerssor
8 gm ram 1600 mhz
600 psu
500 hdd

Make sure the monitor is plugged into the 750 before you turn it on, or it may disable the card and use the APU graphics .

Yes i inserted the vga cable to the GPU's port Monitor wont display. just black screen it says no VGA signal but when I plug the VGA to the motherboard's VGA port it will display but the graphics card is not installed on device manager.

by the way i uninstalled the APU drivers

No, this is my first GPU i was using apu. what I mean is it was working when i first installed the graphics card but since I did take my computer outside i needed to shutdown it first then transfer it to my room to set it up in my desk, thats where the problem start.
