Graphics card not working

Just bought a gigabyte gtx 1050 Windforce 2g. When installed it powers on and then off. Current psu is a rosewill photon 750w. When reinstall old gpu msi gtx 950, it works fine.

I would first try reinstalling the graphics card. Make sure that the 6-pin PCIE power cable is firmly connected.

But If you just purchased the graphics card, then I would return it. Depending upon where you purchased it, you have about 30 days to return the card.
