Graphics card on AMD Dual-Core A4-Series APU A4-3300

I want to buy a AMD Dual-Core A4-Series APU A4-3300 for my new PC for playing games. does it need a separate graphics card to install.

It has a built in graphics card but the built in graphics card is not good for games at all. If you are gaming get something along the lines of an AM3+ motherboard and FX CPU and discrete graphics
