Question Graphics Card only for 4K monitor

Hello,

My current PC-
Mainboard - Asus H170 Pro
CPU - Intel i3-6100 @ 3.70GHz
RAM - 16 GB DDR4
Graphics - Intel HD 530 (integrated)

I want to buy a 32" 4K Samsung Monitor and I want to buy a graphic card solely purposed only for running 4K monitor

I don't play any game, I use my PC only for work purpose and storing tons of my photo and video albums, also don't use any editing app

I was seeing graphics card online and most of them are for gamers I guess, also I don't want to invest much in a graphic card for features I'll never use

Kindly suggest me a graphics card that will be enough for my usage

(I have already concluded in another thread in display forum that my system can not run 4K monitor in 60Hz through HDMI, it can run only in 24Hz through HDMI, my CPU can run 4K at 60 Hz through display port but my mainboard doesn't have it, so in a nutshell I need a graphic card)

I see. Pretty much any PCIE GPU will support 4k.

A GT1030 will output hdmi 2.0b which should be sufficient. for 60hz.

Easiest thing too do would be to look near you what display and gpu you can buy that have the same ports, maybe you can even utilize the DisplayPort.
