Long story short, I built a gaming pc about 2 years ago, deployed, and came back to a PC that hasn't been used in a little over a year. PC turns on and then immediately off. Opened it up and dusted everything off. Disconnected the Graphics Card from the power supply and the Mobo; and the PC turns on no issue. Plug it back into the Mobo, and it immediately shuts off. I know its not the power supply since it wasnt plugged in at the time. So could it be a bad graphics card or bad motherboard?

Appreciate it ya'll

Solution
Its most likely not the motherboard. My money is on the GPU or even the power supply.

The power supply might be shutting down when the extra power from the GPU is needed. Something could have happened to it in the 2 years it sat.
