Graphics card or new CPU / Mobo bundle

I am trying to decide if I want to get new graphics card like the 980TI or wait and get a new CPU/Motherboard and buy a new video card when the new ones after 980Ti come out.

My current build is:

I7-3770K 3.5 @ 4.0Ghz
16GB DDR 3
Gigabyte Z77-UD5H
eVGA NVidia 780Ti

I was curious, if I got the 980Ti would it bottleneck the CPU? If so, would you guys recommend getting a 5th gen i7 and new motherboard/memory and wait on the new video card model when they come out?

Your CPU is fine, a new gen CPU would give you hardly any more performance.

Check the specs of your graphics card slot on your motherboard.... does it match the requirements of the 980Ti you want?

You should wait, you have a very good pc, next year amd and nvidia will release new gpu's as for cpu you can always go for a skylake if you rush but your pc is v good.
