Graphics card or Psu problem? How should i fix it?

I was building a computer i got all the parts, when i put it together it worked, however after about a day i was playing a game the screen glitched and the computer shut down. Now i can only run the computer with the graphics card out using the integrated graphics, when i put the card in the computer turns on, i get one beep however it doesn't display anything. Does anyone know how to fix this or what the problem is?

Are you using the same connection cable during those tests? In other words, the same DVI or HDMI cable. It could just be a faulty slot.
If you are using the same cable, then it's possible that the GPU is having issues. What's the make and model of your PSU and GPU?

Yes i am using the same dvi cable. My gpu is the MSI GTX 1050 ti, my psu is the evga supernova nex650G.
