Graphics card or psu?

I bought a 970 a few months ago and i have been getting blue screens everday i did try overclocking the card but i stopped and set it to default. if i replace the 970 with my old amd 7770 my computer runs fine but im not sure if thats because the 970 is messed up or its because the power supply is dying and cant power the 970? the psu is a corsair cx750m

Normally the CX750 is way more than enough power for the 970.

CX750M should power that card easily.

To find out if it's the card or the power supply, test the card in another system. Overclocking can damage the card, so that may be the cause of the crashing.
