Whenever I play a game normally it's at about at 60C however today I played Banished for around 30 minutes and it's at 70% Fan speed and 98C...what? Some help please!

Banished isn't even a demanding game (I own it) Open your case, find out where the exhaust is on your card and place your hand in front of it. If its as hot as it says, you'll feel it instantly. If its only warm, it may be that a sensor failed. it's rare but it happens.

I check the inside and everything is fine, however many people have said that if you don't use V-Sync on Banished that for some reason it pushes your computer to the max. Kinda explains why both my GPU and CPU were at 100%

Doesn't matter. There's no reason for a card to ever get that hot. Unless you threw a bucketfull of dust on the card, I can't imagine that's the issue. Maybe a screw broke on your heatsink and it fell away from the board. There's a way to check and fix that, but its a pain because the card would have to come apart.

Yeah, go for warranty. Good luck trying to find anyone who will send you a card first though. I don't know of anyone who does that anymore.
