Graphics Card Overheating

When I play games like Overwatch (benchmarking on Overwatch I found out that my GPU went up to 93 degrees celcius), Fallout 4, higher end games it doesn't take much for my computer to freeze or black screen. After freezing, I would have to shut it off, wait a few minutes, and turn it back on to make it work again.

Entire PC Specs:
CASE: RAIDMAX Viper GX II Plastic ATX Mid Tower Computer Case
PSU: Cheap $40 750W PSU from ebay
CPU: AMD A10-7860K (overclocked to 4.0GHz)
Mobo: GIGABYTE GA-F2A88XM-D3HP (with 16GB DDR3 RAM)
GPU: RX 570 Strix 4GB (overclocked a little bit, more would blackscreen)
HDD: 2TB Drive

(Note: PC case is always open due to when closed, it would hit the hard drive wires and give me a BSOD saying "Thread stuck in drive")
I don't know why it is overheating so here is a picture of the thing:

Can you try lowering the overclock of the processor a little bit and see if that helps. Also when the temp of the graphic card rise above the set limit do the fans start or not. Also can you try to provide some reference to the power supply? I would seriously advice against overclocking on a cheap psu that is not even rated bronze. In fact revert all the over clock you have done and tell me how long your pc last before hanging.

Overclock of CPU or GPU? And here is the PSU http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-750W-750-Watt-BLUE-LED-Quiet-Large-Gaming-Fan-SATA-ATX-Power-Supply-PSU-PCIe-/400646802599?hash=item5d48690ca7:g:OKEAAOSwo4pYhjym

Was on a budget, and kind of a PC building noob (i bought it prebuilt without a gpu and a stock 400w psu), i thought "HEY! this is cheap and has more wattage. good deal! f#!@ corsair and their $100 psu!"

Remove the overclock from both cpu and gpu and see how long does the pc last before black screen. Also i would refrain from OC on that psu and save a bit to buy atleast a bronze rated psu. Rule #1 of building a pc never never skip money on psu.

Restored to base settings for both and it ran for 5 minutes without hanging (4:52.37 precisely). I noticed it stayed at 45-55 degrees celcius this time. Sometimes it jolted up to 60 (thats when the fan for the GPU turned on) But after the screen hanged, the CPU fans were still spinning and the GPU fans waren't. Here is a picture of what it hanged at:

GPU's fans not spinning is not bad in your case. Most new GPU's have their fans working above a certain temp which in most cases is 55-60C.
I can't be sure if it's your PSU's fault (the hanging I mean) but it's a very very good chance it is. PSU is one of the vital things in your case and you should never buy a questionable one. It's a good investment for any build so I suggest you buy a new decent one even if it's not the root of your problem.

Now, to check other things, have you searched for viruses/malware? Do you have your windows updated? Did you use DDU when installing the new card?

I have 3 antiviruses (malwarebytes, avast, the stock windows antivirus) and they haven't detected anything. My Windows is updated to the latest Windows 10. DDU is for uninstalling graphics cards. I previously used the AMD A10-7860KK's onboard graphics. (already have them off in BIOS)

I bought the Corsair CX750 - 80 PLUS Bronze Certified (http://www.corsair.com/en-us/cx750-80-plus-bronze-certified-power-supply) and the same problem is happening. Hanging on games. I even have my graphics card fans on.

It shuts down after a few minutes when rendering a video in 1080p on Sony Vegas Pro 14. Doesn't rendering have to do with the CPU, and not the GPU?

My CPU at idle ran at 37°C and at 56°C max when it hanged. The maz temperature my CPU can handle though, is 78°C. (according to Core Temp) It should be noted that all frequencies were at 100%
